The Barbican: Historically, the Barbican was a forward defensive structure that formed part of the gatehouse of a castle. It welcomed family, friend and visitors who would improve life at the castle while protecting it against unwanted attackers at a potential point of weakness. 

Barbican Accounting Services has been operating in Albany since September 2004. 

Tim Overington is the principal of Barbican Accounting Services. He has worked as an accountant since 1987, and has been providing taxation advice since October 1997.
